Why should I miss the city of art, culture,
literature and love. Paris, not only the capital of France but also the capital
of love and art. Another dream destination of my life. Paris is a popular destination
among the travelers. Paris is a city of endless sights, with well-known landmarks
such as the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral. But the city offers much
more than just iconic monuments. From the Louvre to the Tuileries Garden and
the Arc de Triomphe, Paris is a vibrant, bustling city with so many things to
do. Paris is a perfect place for sightseeing, night-time walking, photographing,
and more things. It has plenty of places to visit and so many things to do. So,
let’s have a look at my dream.

Paris; The City of Love |
I hope everyone knows, where the Paris is. Anyhow Paris is the capital and the largest city in France. Whenever we imagine Paris, there would be a tall ‘A’ shape tower in our imagination. Yes, the Eifel Tower; most iconic structure in Paris. The tower is tall over 300metres and holds the record as the tallest building in Paris. Tower is visited nearly 6 million visitors per year. The sources say that the tower is crowded every day and there would a long que near there. But it does not matter to me, because I would not hesitate to be in a que. I am pretty sure that it is worth to watch. I would take the pictures from the top of the tower. I have seen some pictures from the top of the tower, and they were fascinating. Due to all of these reasons, visiting Eifel tower would be the first thing I do in Paris.

The Iconic symbol of Paris |
So, what would be next? The next
place I love to visit in Paris is Louvre Museum. Paris is a cultural hub, with
world-famous museum Louvre, home for the famous Mona Lisa drawing. Louvre is the most
visited museum in the world. At first, Louvre was palace of the royals and was
built by King Philip II in 12th century. But when King Louis XIV chose
another palace for his household, he left the palace Louvre as a palace to
exhibit the royal collection of arts and other things. But after the French
revolution, the authorities decided to use the palace as the national museum.

Beauty at its Best |
Arc de
Triomphe is another must visit destination in my bucket list. This arc was
built by king Napoleon and has been the favourite and one of the perfect places
to take a Parisian panorama. The monument is 50metres tall and will give a
perfect scene of the city.

Historic Monument of Paris |
Notre Dame Cathedral will be the
next destination. The church is dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The church was
damaged heavily during the French revolution and had not a proper recognition after
the revolution. Anyhow, the church was repaired for two decades from 1844 to
1864. After that the church got a huge attraction from the visitors and people
visited the church from all over the world. Notre Dame Cathedral is well known
for its rich French Gothic architecture. Unfortunately, on 19 April 2019, the
cathedral was burnt and damaged heavily again. The church is now under
construction, and I hope it will be opened by the time I travel Paris.
