Milk Rice With Katta Sambol |
INGREDIENTS
500g of rice
2 cups of thick coconut milk
2 cups of water
Salt to taste
How to Make
Wash the rice nicely two or three
times and put the rice in to deep pan. Closed the pan and give a medium
temperature for 15-20 minutes. When the rice becomes a kind of soft pour the
coconut milk into the pan. Stir well until it mixes well. Then add some salt to
taste. Again, close the pan and boil it in a low temperature for another 10
minutes. Cook till the coconut milk has been absorbed. And it is time to serve
the dish. You can serve this delicious milk rice with Date Syrup, honey or something
spicy.
How To Make Katta Sambol
Grind some onions and dried chilies well and spray some lime juice over the Sambol. This hot side dish is enough to finish a plate of milk rice.
